Teach Hiúdaí Beag is a very well known music venue both at home and abroad and has played host to some of the biggest names in Traditional Irish Music over the years. The well-established Monday night session has been drawing musicians & traditional music fans from all over the world for over 40 years. In more recent years a regular Friday night session was also added due to popular demand.
Besides the 2 regular sessions, impromtu sessions can pop up at any time as well as Live bands at the weekends.
The Lounge has also been the venue for many cultural events such as Book Launches, Ceilidh Dancing & Recordings.
As well as being a popular music venue Teach Hiúdaí Beag also caters to Sports Fans, and all major sporting events can be viewed in the Bar.
